Vienna Youth Inc. (VYI) Cheerleading is a recreational cheer program and team sport for those wanting to gain basic to intermediate cheerleading skills. VYI Cheer allows children at all skill and interest levels to experience cheerleading, whether teaching the basics to new cheerleaders or preparing more experienced players for competition or high school cheer.
Our program supports Vienna Youth Football and cheers at VYI home football games.
Cheerleaders are grouped by age and ability. Athletes will develop proper motion techniques, learn basic stunting, improve jumps and learn sideline chants, cheers, and dance routines.
Fall Cheer registration opens May 1st and closes August 19th (note: late registration is open from August 7th - August 19th, but is subject to a late fee and availability). This program is open to rising Kindergartners through 8th graders.
Cheer Camp will be held on August 19th!
