8 minutes Shooting- L-Don’t break the L

B-Base- wide feet
E-Elbow- Elbow underneath
E-Eyes-Find your target (over front rim)
F-Follow Thru-Pull off hand away, snap your wrist
6 players shoot Warm Up shots- 20 from 8 feet/ Other 6 shoot off wall-switch after 4 minutes
5 Minutes- Passing
Bounce Pass

Fake high/ Go low
Fake Low/ Go high
Dribble to create an angle
Reverse Pivot
7 Minutes- 1 v 1
Encourage players to make moves- 4 dribble limit
New player is offense, player that scored goes to defense, Player that lost goes to new basket
