Registration for the spring season will open by 2/15    

The goal of the spring season is to train for a wide range of events.  Sprints, distance running, hurdles, throws, jumps, relays are all worked on during practice and the athletes have choices of which groups to work in each practice session.  Our main age range is 7-14 but we will occasionally have younger siblings that are 6 join the team. We also have some home schooled HS students join us as well.
